The AMC SuperNova series offers versatile tempering capabilities suitable for a wide range of chocolate types including milk chocolate, nougat, and fat masses. It accommodates varying production scales from small to large operations.

Featuring dynamic K-Zone™ and SuperResponse™ technologies, the AMC SuperNova ensures precise crystallization control. It includes a patented I-Plate™ insulation system that maintains distinct temperature zones for optimal chocolate quality.

Hygienic design and durability

Built with a hygienic stainless steel cabinet and frame, the AMC SuperNova prioritizes durability and ease of maintenance, meeting stringent hygiene standards required in food processing environments.

Equipped with an Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC system and Aasted Smart Control™ HMI, the machine enables intuitive operation, recipe management, and quick visualization of tempering processes.

Wide range of capacities and options

The AMC SuperNova accommodates capacities ranging from 50kg/h to 12,000kg/h, with optional features like a built-in tank and pump (AMC CTS), PreTreat module for stabilizing chocolate temperatures, and Heavy Duty version for handling high viscosity masses.

While other tempering machines have complicated to use interface, our new patented software has a user-friendly and intuitive one. With the new software, it is effortless to adjust the exit temperature and the temper index separately. The user interface is developed for users by users and is specially produced by Aasted for the chocolate industry.

The types of AMC Supernova

1. AMC Basic

Ideal for maintaining a continuous flow of perfectly tempered chocolate, ensuring only Beta V crystals. Energy technology enhances taste, texture, and break. Low maintenance, cost-effective solution. Capacity: 200kg/h to 12,000kg/h.

2. AMC PreTreat

Ensures stable chocolate temperature and minimizes fat-bloom. Ideal for stabilizing varying chocolate temperatures. Capacity: 150kg/h to 7,500kg/h.

3. AMC CTS

Features a built-in tank and pump for easy mass feeding and quick production shifts. Energy technology enhances chocolate taste, break, and texture. Continuous Temperature System (CTS) allows inline production flexibility. Capacity: 200kg/h to 4,500kg/h.

4. AMC Aeration

Ideal for maintaining a continuous flow of perfectly tempered chocolate, ensuring only Beta V crystals. Energy technology enhances taste, texture, and break. Low maintenance, cost-effective solution. Capacity: 200kg/h to 12,000kg/h.

5. AMC HeavyDuty
