Aasted announces acquisition of Imperial Design Technologies

Aasted is proud to announce its acquisition of Imperial Design Technologies, headquartered in Coopersville, Michigan, USA.
Imperial manufactures cooling tunnels, enrobers, and smaller molding lines. The purpose of this acquisition is to synergize the strengths of both entities, enhancing our presence in the North American market.
Imperial’s product lineup complements Aasted’s existing offerings. Through this acquisition, Aasted will establish a stronger presence in the American market, particularly among smaller enterprises, embodying a significant leap towards realizing our vision of being ‘truly local’ in North America.
It’s worth noting that Imperial will remain an independent entity, separate from Aasted ApS, continuing its unique identity and operational framework.
